Rachel Hirabayashi
Rachel lives in a charming 110-year-old cottage in Cromwell, Central Otago, surrounded by a stunning garden that serves as the perfect inspiration for her work. Her paintings capture the essence of the Otago landscape and the rich history of early pioneering settlers.
A full-time artist, Rachel works primarily with acrylics, skillfully layering paint and delicate colour glazes to create her distinctive style. She holds a degree in Art History and Theory from the University of Otago.
